Heart Disease Prevention, also known as coronary artery disease prevention, starts and ends with one’s lifestyle. The Heart Series program identifies the four critical areas as NUTRITION, EXERCISE, STRESS MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. The presentation will highlight these areas and will be science-based. A solid program in coronary heart disease prevention also offers “spill-over” benefits in preventing and/or controlling dementia, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cancer, and will add to the quality and quantity of your life.
